I'm a longtime bird enthusiast and wildlife caretaker who's spent the past fifteen years learning hands-on rescue and rehabilitation techniques. What started as helping a neighbor with an injured robin has turned into a genuine passion for teaching people how to respond calmly and effectively when they encounter a bird in distress. I keep two rescue parrots at home and volunteer with a local wildlife rehabilitation network. I believe that knowing what to do in the first few minutes—and when to call a professional—can mean the difference between a bird's recovery and a tragedy. My goal is to remove the panic and replace it with practical, humane guidance.
